These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in Studio650 adult classes and programs, including Adult Hip Hop/K-Pop, Sculpt, Sculpt Yoga, and other adult dance, movement, and fitness classes.
By registering for a class, purchasing a membership or class-credit package, or participating in a Studio650 adult class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Studio650 adult classes are intended for adult participants unless otherwise specifically approved by Studio650.
Studio650 reserves the right to determine whether a class is appropriate for a participant based on age, class level, capacity, safety, or other reasonable considerations.
2. Registration
Advance registration is recommended and may be required for certain classes.
Class availability is not guaranteed. Classes may have limited capacity and may fill on a first-come, first served basis.
3. Class Credits
When Studio650 offers class-credit packages:
• Credits may be redeemed for eligible Studio650 adult classes.
• The number of credits required for a class will be displayed at registration or purchase.
• Credits have no cash value.
• Credits may not be resold.
• Credits are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Studio650.
• Expiration dates, if applicable, will be disclosed when the credit package is purchased.
Studio650 may modify future credit packages, pricing, or class-credit requirements at any time. Changes will not retroactively alter credits already purchased except where permitted and reasonably necessary.
4. Monthly Memberships
Studio650 may offer monthly adult memberships that provide access to eligible classes, including Adult Hip Hop/K-Pop, Sculpt, and
Sculpt Yoga.
Membership benefits, class limits, pricing, and other specific terms will be provided at the time of purchase. Memberships are for the registered member only and may not be shared or transferred.
If a membership automatically renews, the renewal terms, billing frequency, price, and cancellation process will be disclosed at enrollment in accordance with applicable law.
5. Payments
Participants authorize Studio650 and its payment providers to charge the payment method provided for purchases and recurring charges that the participant has expressly authorized.
Applicable registration, processing, or transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed as part of the purchase process.
Studio650 may change pricing for future purchases or membership periods.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Participants are responsible for managing their class reservations and cancellations.
Studio650 may establish a cancellation window for adult classes. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of the applicable class credit or other charge disclosed at registration.
Membership or credit refunds will not be provided for missed classes except where required by law or specifically approved by Studio650.
7. Class Changes and Cancellations
Studio650 reserves the right to:
• Cancel or reschedule classes
• Substitute instructors
• Modify class formats
• Change studio locations
• Adjust schedules
• Limit class capacity
When Studio650 cancels a class, affected participants may receive a credit or other appropriate accommodation according to the applicable membership or package terms.
8. Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk
Adult Hip Hop/K-Pop, Sculpt, Sculpt Yoga, and other Studio650 classes involve physical activity.
Participation may include dancing, cardiovascular exercise, strength training, stretching, balance work, resistance exercises, yoga-inspired movements, floor work, and other physical activities.
Physical activity involves inherent risks, including falls, strains, sprains, muscle soreness, joint injuries, and other injuries.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate.
Participants should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program when they have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or otherwise have concerns about participating safely.
Participants are responsible for informing their instructor of relevant limitations and modifying or stopping activity when necessary.
9. Instructor Guidance
Studio650 instructors may provide general movement, fitness, dance, or exercise instruction. Such instruction is not medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participants should not rely on Studio650 instructors as substitutes for qualified medical professionals.
10. Personal Property
Studio650 is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participants are encouraged to keep valuables with them and bring only necessary personal belongings into the studio.
11. Conduct
Studio650 is committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment.
Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, and other participants respectfully and to follow reasonable studio and safety instructions.
Studio650 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Intellectual Property
Studio650's name, branding, class materials, choreography, photographs, graphics, website content, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission where protected by applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio650 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in Studio650 adult classes or use of Studio650 services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited under California law.
Any separate liability waiver or assumption-of-risk agreement signed by a participant remains applicable according to its terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
Studio650 may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will apply prospectively when posted or otherwise communicated, subject to applicable law.
Material changes affecting recurring memberships will be handled in accordance with applicable notice and automatic-renewal requirements.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of law principles.
16. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Studio650 ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include [appointment reminders, order updates, account alerts, promotional offers, customer support follow-ups, etc. — customize to your actual use case]. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency
