This Privacy Policy applies to Studio650 programs and services, including youth recreational classes, youth company and competitive dance programs, private lessons, camps, intensives, workshops, masterclasses, performances, events, and adult dance, movement, and fitness classes, including Adult Hip Hop/K-Pop, Sculpt, Sculpt Yoga, and other offerings.

For youth participants, personal information may be provided by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the dancer.

When you or your child register for classes or programs, purchase memberships or class credits, participate in Studio650 activities, communicate with Studio650, or use our website or registration system, we may collect information such as:

• Parent or legal guardian name and contact information for youth participants

• Participant's date of birth or age, when applicable

• Billing and payment information

• Class, team, program, competition, event, and performance registrations

• Attendance and absence history

• Membership and class-credit information

• Information reasonably necessary for participant safety, accommodations, or emergency response when voluntarily provided

Studio650 provides classes and programs for children and teenagers. Registration for youth programs is generally completed by a parent or legal guardian, who may provide personal information relating to both themselves and their child.

We may collect information about youth participants that is reasonably necessary to administer their participation in Studio650 programs, including age, date of birth, class or team placement, attendance, emergency contact information, and other information voluntarily provided by a parent or guardian.

We use information relating to youth participants for purposes such as administering classes and programs, maintaining attendance and enrollment records, communicating with parents or guardians, determining appropriate class or program placement, coordinating performances and competitions, responding to emergencies, and supporting the safe operation of our programs.

• Improve our classes, programs, services, website, registration processes, and customer experience

4. Sharing of Information

Studio650 does not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including registration and studio-management platforms, payment processors, email and communication providers, website providers, competition and event providers when necessary for participation, and other vendors reasonably necessary to provide Studio650 programs and services.

For youth participants, certain information may also be provided to organizations involved in competitions, conventions, performances, or other events when reasonably necessary to register or facilitate the dancer's participation.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Studio650, our dancers, clients, families, instructors, employees, or others.

By providing contact information to Studio650, you may receive transactional or administrative communications relating to your account, registration, tuition, purchases, memberships, classes, teams, competitions, performances, or other Studio650 programs.

For youth participants, these communications will generally be directed to the parent, guardian, or other contact associated with the participant's Studio650 account.

Where permitted by law, Studio650 may also send information regarding registration, new classes, camps, events, performances, promotions, and other Studio650 offerings.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications. Transactional, safety-related, account-related, or program-related communications may still be sent when necessary.

6. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through third-party registration and payment providers. Their collection and use of payment information may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Studio650 may maintain records of transactions, balances, tuition, fees, memberships, class credits, and purchases as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes.

7. Photos and Videos

Studio650 classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, events, and other activities may be photographed or recorded.

The use of identifiable photos or videos for promotional, social media, website, advertising, or similar purposes may be subject to applicable Studio650 releases, permissions, registration agreements, or other authorizations.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing any required authorization relating to youth participants.

Studio650 takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information.

However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or online communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Studio650 cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information.

We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, administer current or future participation, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with insurance or legal requirements, and fulfill other legitimate business purposes.

12. SMS and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service or as otherwise required by law.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing Studio650 services unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
